3/8" inset is as rare as hen's teeth anymore. What you found is it for the hinges.

Amerock has several hinge variations that will work with a 3/8" rabbited door.

Thanks! I am hoping to find a concealed hinge that will work on a 3/8 in inset.. Long story short.. Lost everything in Harvey.. Kitchen finally being rebuilt and the carpenter built doors that are the 1970's (80s if I'm being generous) I finally get a new kitchen and it's already old. The doors aren't hung yet so I'm making a last ditch effort to find a concealed hinge. Who would have thought a new kitchen could be so depressing? And I hate the semi-concealed with the spring. They seem worse than the exposed. Being a professional, would you know of a hinge that would work? I'd really appreciate your opinion.

If that Rockler hinge won't work I can't image what will...

Any way that I can think of that might work would be a massive headache! It would be expensive, complicated, and time consuming. I can't imagine it'd be worth the effort.
