Is it duct work from heat and air system? Why not just a black or steal grey vent cover?

We have toe kick heaters under two of our cabinets. They just have black vent covers and they look fine. Trust me you will never notice them. Even with the silver brand name plate on the right side, I never notice them anymore.

this is an HVAC duct, not a toekick heater. I don't know where to find one this size.

Signature Hardware has many to pick from. That's where I bought several of mine.

Search toe kick register. You will get sites that sell vent covers and registers but you will have to search within the sites for the toe kick size.

Floor & Wall Registers are normally sold in even number sizes. 2x10, 4x10, 4x12 etc.

If you rough opening is 2 7/8" x 10 1/2" You would need to round off the numbers to the next highest even sizes.

4" x 12". Finding a 4x12 floor register or vent cover will be no problem. The slightly larger size will allow you to center the cover and have room for installing the screws to hold it in place.

Babka, signature hardware has a wall register that is 2.25x10 with overall dimension of 3.25x11.5 that looks like it will work, I'll just have to call tomorrow to see if it will fit in my baseboard hole because it is meant to be centered on a hole in the wall rather than placed in a toekick. I may have to do a modification on the toekick, I was trying to avoid that.

I would be thrilled if they just had the plate without the damper attached to it, that would simplify the issue.

the one I picked, hopefully will work, I have to talk to the company tomorrow to see if I can get it without a damper.

You can have a wooden one made to size and finished to match your toe kick.
