I wish I could say but we decided to keep our kitchen cabinets after pricing out the Henrybuilt which we though were absolutely gorgeous! Good luck in your search. I agree that in spending that much money one should expect not only a superior product but seamless execution.

Anyone out there who has used Henrybuilt?

My experience working with Henrybuilt has been excellent. I fell for their design and quality first, but then also fell for their high-touch customer service. I renovated my kitchen in 2007 with Henrybuilt cabinets, and over the years have dealt with them on small tweaks and repairs. They are always easy to reach by email and phone, friendly, professional, and they really seem to care if you are happy with their product. They want their clients to know that they are on their side for the long haul, and that was never more true than when they stepped in and helped me recently when I had a problem with my oven burning my cabinets (see link below). Henrybuilt is the best.
