Not allowed by plumbing code. If you are going to have a pot filler, it has to be a designated pot filler, with the double shut off valves (and you still may have a leak). A faucet has to have a drain under it. Which is why prep sinks are more important than pot fillers. Pot fillers are on the wane as more and more people discover their drawbacks (and expense).
