Making Progress...need stools and chairs!!!

We've moved in! There are still a few little things here and there to get done before the kitchen is complete. The crown still needs to go on the cabinets, dining room needs a chandelier and rug. I've ordered a seagrass rug for the dining room. But the most urgently, we need kitchen counter stools! I think I'm burnt out on decisions. Any suggestions for the general style/color of counter stools? It's quite an open space.

We also need dining table chairs. The parsons chairs are staying but the ladder back chairs need to be replaced. DH thinks we should do parsons chairs all around to break up they wood but I'm not sure sure. I've linked the top contender below, but here are a few alternatives:

I love how open your kitchen is because of the flat island. I'm not sure I would want a stool with a back there to break up that open counter line.

Maybe a saddle seat stool like this one? (see link)

Or, do you want to do a color pop?

I can't tell if this "Estonia Blue" would work well with your kitchen wall color:

I can't say it enough, I LOVE YOUR KITCHEN, YOUR WHOLE HOUSE!
I think the stools from CB you have linked are perfect. A little wood tone on the island part of the room would be lovely while relating to your wall unit and the open shelving next to the range.

I think I like the parsons chairs for the table. The fabric adds a new, softer texture. You'll have the texture contrast between the softer fabric and the seagrass too once the rug is in. It's gonna be fabulous!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE your kitchen. Especially the floors and the pendants. Where did you get your pendants? I have been looking everywhere for those.

I like your choices. I also think a vintage Toledo Draftsman stool would look very neat. Very urban retro/industrial. They are super comfy and from the 30's. Unfortunately they are hard to find - been searching the internet myself for three more.
