We are going with a 36 inch chimney style vent hood from kitchenaid that includes warming lights and id like to have a stainless shelf installed with air holes or slats so that it will allow airflow to pass through when the hood blower is on. Kitchenaid sells one with a stainless backsplash but I prefer the look where we hang the shelf and backsplash around it.

Does anyone have a similar setup and a shelf to recommend?
