The work flow is off. The procedure is once THEY remove the shims on a now-straightened cabinet, they can have their money. That feels better to me. Seems less bullcrappy.

However, unless your camera lens has the worst case of pincushion distortion I have seen in a long while, that cabinet should go back.

I posed on your endpanel thread and mentioned I had other issues with my fridge wall. My endpanel is warped. At least we think that's the issue. Everyone is pointing fingers at everyone else. The rep from the cabinet company and the KD are coming over this week to check it out.

This was before the panels were on the fridge, but I think you can see how it's bent in at the bottom right. Also, they installed the cabinet between the end panels too far forward. We knew this when they were installing the fridge but figured they could move it back later (weren't going to hold up the fridge install!) Now, one way or another, we're getting a new endpanel. Not sure who's paying for what, but it's got to be replaced.

I'd say yours is definitely bent/warped if that pic is accurate and shouldn't have been installed. I KNOW how frustrating this is. I've been in the 'JUST PUT IT IN...I WANT MY KITCHEN' stage. Then you sit back and think about not wanting to live with an issue forever more. It needs to be taken care of.

Are those 1/2" sides? They don't look like they'd hold dishes without collapsing. I think this is an inkling of problems to come and would not have them installed. What brand are they?

Asking for them to be replaced at this point is unrealistic unless you're talking about replacing them with a better grade of cabinet with beefier materials.

When the shelves, doors and adjacent cabinets are installed, those bows will largely disappear.

But I would not expect the cabinets to stand up to heavy use and being loaded up with tons of canned goods. The materials used look rather flimsy...1/2", I'm guessing? And they're frameless construction so they don't gain any strength from a face frame.
