I'll be the first to say what you'll hear from others... "what do you like"? I don't mean specific stone; but do you prefer contrast (light stone on dark) or more monotone? Look through magazines, thread on this forum (there are several recently regarding granite choice), and the FKB. It'll help give you a direction and then it'll be alot easier to make suggestions. Espresso cabs are gorgeous... great choice on your part!

I really like the contrast. Does anyone have any good light colored granite suggestions that have creams and browns in it?

Have you checked out the site http://www.marble.com/countertops/galleries/thumb/kitchens/1.html? It was introduced here by remodelfla who posted earlier. Lots of suggestions there. I will be going with dark brown cabinets and New Venetian Gold. You don't need to have lots of brown in it if you have dark brown cabinets, just enough to highlight it. Personally, if I could have gone with Bianco Antico, it would have been my first choice. It is gorgeous and goes beautfully with espresso cabinets. You should check out redroze's kitchen on the FKB. Bianco Antico is similar to Nordic Ice in kcboom's (earlier post) kitchen which is beautiful.
