Woa those blue star grates are heavy!

Had to take apart the new blue star to clean it tonight. Very cool how easy it was to do but wow they are heavy! Liking new stove! Now if only the kitchen was actually done. . . And yeah before pan searing burgers on the stove top should wait for the hood. That made a mess!

I agree -- the grates are hernia-inducing. I only took them off to clean them once at the beginning. Since then, I've managed to clean them just fine ON the stove. I'm loving my stove too!
