Cleaning up the mess

I had a complete kitchen remodel done back in February, and the company that handled it left somewhat of a mess behind. Despite repeated requests to have them finish it off (by cleaning up a lot of the sloppiness that the installer left behind), I have been ignored. This experience has been a very strong affirmation that you don't make the final payment until the job is complete.

In any event, it looks like I'm going to have to hire a third party contractor to come in and finish up. Among other things, there are some drawer fronts, door panels, and side panels that need to be replaced. All of the cabinetry is custom built, except for the doors and drawer fronts. I'm curious as to what the odds are that a third party contractor will be able to locate the same style, and just as important, the same color of stain that was used. Is this something I should be concerned about, or is it fairly easily resolved?

Thanks.
