yet another new cabinet damage question

Sorry, I read the other cabinet ding thread and realized I had not checked my newly installed cabinets as thoroughly as I should be. I found some things and wonder if little nicks and dents are part and parcel of the deal or if I should insist they be replaced, or filled/corrected onsite, or acceptable as is. These are Merillat Classic cabinets, through my builder.

I always second guess myself, especially in areas where I am not knowledgeable, and this house building stuff definitely qualifies. So thank you in advance for your help.

there are several small scuffs like this one here, where the paint is definitely scuffed off but it is small:

this one looks like a door that shouldn't have been approved out of the factory:

excuse my hand here, had to get camera to focus. This is painted over on most of the door tops, so you don't see where the pieces of the door joins together. This one obviously wasn't, and a couple of the other doors are similar.

the open shelf has a peeling chunk:
