Please critique custom cabinet construction specs

The first custom shop has given me an estimate and provided the following specs. I am not a cabinetmaker but I know that people on this forum know the differences between hinges, slides, construction etc so please let me know your thoughts on how these are built and what might not be as well made as it should be.

These are for shaker style painted cabinets with inset doors

Box Construction
--Back, bottom, sides: 3/4" solid core (7 layer cabinet grade) plain sliced plywood finished on both sides to prevent moisture penetration
--Face frame and doors: 3/4" select grade solid wood
--Steel screw fasteners and industrial adhesives along with dado, rabbet and dovetail joinery (are screws ok? or to be avoided?)

Drawer Box
--Sides: 1/2" solid hard rock maple, dovetail joinery all corners
--Botton: 3/8" plywood rabbeted and glued
--Slides: Grass Dynapro under mount full extension, soft closing, rack and pinion, 88 lb dynamic load (do I need 110 lbs??)

General
--Cabinet shelves: 3/4" solid hard rock maple, bullnosed front edge
--wainscot paneled ends: 3/4" solid wood
--soft close hinges--concealed or exposed hinge ono inset (??no brand mentioned but not Blum)
--finished top coat: two part catalyzed conversion varnish
--finished ends are flush edged, hand sanded

Warranty
--10 year except painted finish
