You have a very neutral palette there so your color choices are almost endless. What color families do you like? Do you like bolder, deeper colors or lighter, brighter colors. Blues, grays, browns, greens, etc?? What about adjoining rooms, what colors do you have going on in there?

Buy color samples and try some out, is my best advice. Nothing looks on the wall like it looks the chips. Paint the sample on the wall in the lightest and darkest place in the room.

I am currently renovating an entire small house and I have purhase at least 20 samples of paint!! I purchased three for a 6'x6' bathroom! In the past I have repainted entire rooms because I was not happy with the color...I do much better with the color samples!

I like all colors, but I usually like calm neutral pallet at home, colors are only accents. There are no joining/close room to carry on the colors. The house is new and we are moving with no furniture (except 2 desks and shelves). My prefrence will be tan/ beige wall but I'm afraid with the colors of my kitchean it will be very boring.

I think I should look closely at the floor, look at backslashes and take it from there.

With your cabinets and counters that light you could put a deeper color on the wall. I think it is fun to pull an interesting color you like from either the counters or floor (usually the counter) and use that on the wall.

Look at the finished kitchen on Houzz and get a feel for looks you like. For me, I have always gravitated to grays, gray grays, green grays, blue grays, and even into some taupey grays. Never reds for me, always loved greens. Rarely into the browns, tans or yellows. Oddly enough, never cared for white and always have to have a color. Never anything really deep, bright or pastel for me but you will find your own personal tastes and what attracts you.
