i bought from them! i got the exact same herringbone pattern you describe for our front entrance from someone local because we didn't have enough time to get it from builderdepot but when we were doing our bathrooms, we ordered for two of them from there. for the guest bath we got the carrara in subway for walls and the basketweave for floors and for the master the venato bianco subway which we did in herringbone pattern on the floor and larger format (maybe 9"x18") for the walls. we also got the crown moldings for both from them. excellent quality, shipping, no problems. we had ordered samples ahead of time. i found their quality to be better than our local guy's. ie, i don't like any yellow in the carrara and this had none (as opposed to our local supplier), and their veining was more "veiny" than spotty. even with shipping, they came our slightly cheaper than the local supplier.
