with honey oak all three choices would look good.
if it helps at all, i was obsessed with alaska white so upped my budget to get something similar and now i wish i had just stayed in my budget and not overthought the process! the darker granites seem to be more durable so they all should be pretty sturdy.
does one color seem to go with your decorating style more than another?

Yes, green goes well with my decorating style but my exterior of the house is green too, so I do not want much green inside.. Yes I fell in love with super white for the counter and black beauty for the Island first but both are out of my budget. I cook or bake a lot, first I though it is worth to spend but that's too much..
So, I am thinking about Volga which has multiple color speck with look of dark that gives me choice of different color of back splash and the color of the wall but the question is how durable it is for me to have as fas concern it's porosity? Thank you!
