Gray Perimeter Cabinets and White Island???

I've seen white perimeter cabinets with a white island but not vice versa. Has anybody done this? I'm thinking of using a very light gray. Perimeter countertops will be Ceasarstone organic white and the island will be a stone called White Truffle. I'm thinking the White Truffle will look better on white cabinetry and the perimeter cabinets being a light gray will give a subtle contrast with the Organic White.

These are my options:

1.) All white cabinetry for both the perimeter and island and use organic white and the white truffle on the island.

2.) Gray Perimeter with Organic White and White Island with White Truffle

3.) All white cabinetry and use a gray quartz like Cesarstone pebble and the white truffle on the island.

4.) White Perimeter with white/gray quartz and gray island with the white truffle.

Thoughts or suggestions?

I've attached a picture of the white truffle. It has crystal like pieces.

ohhh pretty.
I've seen the new (a year or so ago) Truffle, but not White Truffle before.

I have to tell you the options you have overwhelmed my tiny mind. I did like the idea of two-toned elements, though, so the different details stand out.

I know this wasn't any help, but I look forward to seeing your kitchen!

Michelle16 did one wall of gray perimeter cabinets & a white island, I believe. Her countertops were all macaubus calacatta quartzite. Beekeepers wife also did light gray cabinets. I can't remember if her island was a different color but countertops were all one stone (?Super White).
The White Truffle is beautiful & I agree that white cabinetry would highlight the beauty of it.
Pebble or something similar for your perimeters will go well with the White Truffle. I prefer keeping all the cabinetry white versus adding a fourth finish.
