Perfect Pantry Cabinet

I have placed my order with a custom cabinet maker and they are going to be starting on them this week for a 10 ft wall that will contain my fridge. I ordered 2 30" pantry cabinets(I sent them the attached pic) a cabinet for over the fridge, and a 24" broom closet. I've been asked to be a tad more specific with details. They shelving heights will be fixed so I need to give them that information too. One of the pantries will house my electrical gadgets and the other for food. Any thoughts?

RE: Perfect Pantry Cabinet

Are your shelves fixed because you are doing the roll out shelves like in your photo? If so, I would look at your existing shelving and examine what you would group the same or differently. I gave my cabinet maker the tallest items on each shelf in my pantry and said, "I need this shelf to fit this item." The number one thing I had going on was that I could only fit the olive oil bottle from Costco on one shelf. I would have preferred to have it with other items, but was limited my the height.
