I don't know if this will help but we have AB polished with Anthracite for our bar area. Still under construction so it's really dirty which won't make for how dark the Anthracite really is under all that dust but maybe it will help a little:

This is our Anthracite, with freshly installed and oiled Soapstone about 18 months ago...

Those look great! Thanks so much for posting pics. The only example I had seen was this pic in houzz & it felt like a lot of black. But both of yours look awesome!
