Granite - 2 different edges, which would look best?

Has anyone done two different granite edges in their kitchen? If so, any pictures please!

I had originally planned to have straight eased edges on both the island and perimeter. Now that we are just about at the templating stage my husband thinks we should stick with the straight (eased) edge on the island (roughly 10 feet in length) but we should do the perimeter granite in an Ogee or other fancy Edge. His reasoning is that our home is fairly traditional (think Chippendale Chairs and Shonbek chandeliers) and the cabinets are as well. The cabinets are 48" Kraftmaid cherry in a Kaffe finish. The crown molding is 6", there is beadboard in the kitchen, lots of trim, etc. His reasoning is that straight edge will look too plain with elaborate details everywhere else. But on the island he thinks simple is ok. Thoughts? Ogee was never my favorite edge. In my last kitchen I had half bullnose which I did like.
