I like stainless for sinks but I don't think you could go wrong with any of those choices. Word of caution on your 'granite' though, White Fantasy is often not actually granite. Be sure to get a sample and test it. Put some acids (vinegar, lemon juice etc.) on it and check for etching. If it etches it's marble.

feliz, somehow I missed your thread. I am also looking for a sink, a black sink. It's for a house we are re-doing from the floor up. However, for my own house, there is nothing I love better than a white cast iron sink. Mine is chipped, due to a very unfortunate accident. It's a 25" single bowl and I love it, but cannot find a replacement in that size. I may have to go with stainless, but I detest SS and would never choose it over white cast iron if I had the option.

My recommendation for your kitchen (sounds beautiful) is the white Kohler sink. You'll love it.
