We are trying to finalize our kitchen layout for our remodel, but keep going back and forth between a 36" cooktop (wolf, bluestar, etc.) and double ovens vs a "48 full range and using the space where the ovens are as an appliance garage. Now we heard about a Wolf Steam Oven and wondering should we do 36" full range and add the steam oven. We have the microwave drawer already spec'd out in the island.

Would love any feedback on this, anyone who has one vs the other and could give us some real world feedback.

Will you have a microwave?

Do you think you have enough space? That wall oven setup in the corner eats an awful lot of space and this seems like a kitchen that should be a little bit conservative with space.

A 48" range and hood might look a bit HUGE in there.

How wide is the aisle between fridge and sink?
