vintage knobs

I want to use vintage glass knobs on my kitchen cabinets but it can get quite expensive. I saw a lot of vintage clear glass knobs of different sizes, shapes, and "clearness" well within my price range. How would it look for all the cabinets to have different knobs even if they all are vintage glass? All of my drawers have vintage brass pulls. My kitchen, and home is very eclectic and more of a collected, comfortable look. Nothing super traditional or expensive looking. Part of me thinks a collection of knobs will fit the character of my home yet I another part thinks this is a spot that should all match to keep from looking cheap.

Actually I think it would add character.

RE: vintage knobs

I sourced all my knobs on eBay in about four batches. There will be differences in shape and coloration. I love it in my vintage home, but if it will be a problem for you then I would say buy new. IMHO, the new ones look cheap.
