I noticed that you mentioned you had soapstone island and stainless counters on perimeter. I have searched GW for pics from you but if they are there I am missing them. Do you have any pics?? I love the stainless look. I love soapstone. I love dark wood. Finding the balance between two is what I am going for but am having trouble finding pics of stainless that isn't too modern. We have a huge 42" old sink and everything else is a country/traditional mix. I am thinking dark stained wood on our island (4x9) and maybe stainless on perimeter. All Wood. Or soapstone and wood. Having trouble and would love if you could share!
