Delicatus Granite behind Range?

I would really appreciate some advice from the kind people here at Gardenweb. My cabinets are cool white. I will be using Delicatus white granite on my counters and want to go with a white or cream colored subway tile with a matching grout for my backsplash. My concern is that the grout behind the 60 inch range will discolor over time. I am thinking about using granite behind the range, but will it look odd? Are today's grout sealers so good that discoloration will not be an issue?

If anyone had any pictures of a granite/subway tile combination backsplash, I would love to see it! Thank you in advance.

Check out Daki's kitchen on the FKB. Subways with granite behind range. It's always been one of my favorites.

Breadandsuch, I am using the same granite. I am doing subways of some sort (crackle, I think) and plan on doing them behind the range. I am not worried about discoloration of grout or tile. You can seal it once a year and do fine. For my job, we use white (ahh!) grout on white tiles in a convenience store environment and they do fine without sealer! I don't think my kitchen could ever create that type of abuse, so I think It will be fine.
