Question about kitchen faucets

Hello everyone. I am a Kitchens Forum graduate, having finished my kitchen about four years ago. It is still mostly wonderful and I will soon embark on a bathroom remodel.

Two regrets from my kitchen remodel are the tile floor and my Danze Melrose faucet. It is model D456513 -- beware!

Anyway, I have to replace that stinker of a faucet already. I am thinking of getting one of the high neck models (I hope I have the correct term -- like a Vinnata or Ladylux style?). I love the look but am a bit concerned because my house does not have very good water pressure. Do you think that having a high neck faucet is a bad idea due to the lack of water pressure? Or doesn't it really make a difference.

Thanks, and have fun with your new kitchens.
