Thanks for the kind comments! It is a single bowl Ticor sink. Again, I only bought it because of all the positive comments here! It is a little on the small side because the cabinets below are less than standard size for some reason but it will work fine for us. The windowsill was a discussion point but I think they did a nice job with the backsplash under it. The cabinets are dated but they are Woodmode, new when we moved in the house 20 yrs ago and in very good shape. We will probably move elsewhere in the next 6-8 yrs so we didnt want to do a complete kitchen overhaul. The countertops were white laminate and a large piece of butcherblock to the right of the stove. I am thrilled with the new look!

JoAnn, we have something in common! I just got granite installed 2 weeks ago in my 22 year old kitchen without doing the cabinets! It looks similar to your granite but the veining is grey. We updated the hardware and got a new sink. Like you, I am very happy with an affordable update!

Neesie, I remember seeing your photos posted. I love your kitchen and granite. It looks similar to mine, only lighter. Your cabinets do NOT look 22 yrs old! My next dilemma will be to repaint the kitchen. Right now it has very large flower wallpaper. I plan to paint but at this point have no clue about color.
