I don't have a pantry like that, but that can't be right!

My 7' tall/12'' wide pull out pantry does lean slightly forward and my cabinet maker specifically pointed this out as being normal with the height. It slides smoothly and I've had no problems at all with it. However, looking at your video it seems that yours is not secure. I would not feel comfortable loading yours until the cabinet guys check it out. Good luck!

Check to see if the glides are properly engaged. Sometimes when the innards are removed so the box can be installed, things don't quite seat themselves correctly when they are replaced. You may have to fiddle with it a time or two to make sure that it happens. The installation guide below should help.

My kraftmaid pull out tips forward like that. Initially I was convinced dh had screwed it up. I check all the slides, spent quite a long time trying to figure it out. I couldn't figure out why to save my life. Everything was level all around, slides were all fine. I decided it wasn't worth the stress it was causing me and loaded it up. Wouldn't you know once it was loaded up with stuff the tipping was only very very minor, and only if I pull it all the way open.
