We had Blue in the Night installed last spring. Absolutely love it. Ours is antiqued rather than polished. I think it goes better with our low sheen cabinets. From a distance, it appears black, but when you are on top of it or when the sun hits, the blue specs just sparkle.

Thank you for taking the time to respond and posting pictures. Your kitchen is beautiful and I do love the Blues In The Night in your space. Now to find some in our area. By the way is your countertop enhanced with a sealer or not? Any difficulties taking care of the stone?

jb--thanks for the kind words. Our granite was sealed and we are suppose to seal it every 6-12 months. It hasn't been quiet a year since installation and we haven't done this yet. No problems with taking care of the granite. With the antiqued finish, I think streaks are less apparent.
