Super cheap. Check how the sides are being finished off and what moldings are included. Those deails easily add 20% to a quote, which would be about where I'd expect you to be. I suspect those details haven't been ironed out yet to be included in the price.

@hollysprings thanks for the quick reply. The Classic large crown is included (2-11/16" by 2-1/8"). What should I ask about or look for in side finish? Didn't realize there are options.

deev78- the default sides are standard with that lip/ ridge down the side. if you do flush finished ends, it will look flat like a dresser or you can do a decorative door panel on the sides that show. flush finished and deco ends are more money. not sure how much more though.
my lancaster cabs were just installed but they are a dark maple so i can't comment on the painted cabs.
also i noticed you have no light rail molding listed. i did not get that for mine and you can see the unfinished bottom of the wall cabs when sitting at our kitchen table. it is only noticeable when sitting down but thought you might want to know.
