Yes, and that is from the center of one screw hole to the center of the other screw hole, so the pull will actually be slightly to moderately longer than the center-to-center measurement depending upon the design.

I went with a few different sizes. They are all common
enough to be switched out down the road ... 96mm, 128mm, and 160 mm. I found many, many styles across many manufactures that carry pulls in these sizes.

note the projection of handles. I love my sister's handles. They are the 5" and the projection is over 1" (about 1.25"). Her dh does the cooking and needed the room for his larger fingers. They are so comfortable to use!

I have finger problems so I'm going with the larger handles and a more than 1" projection. Comfort is my first concern.

I checked out some at our HD display. I was surprised at how many had such little amount of projection!

I agree with the projection -- that is what I love about the 5" handles that I got, plus the handle itself is a bit wider than many, for easy grip as my fingers are arthritic.
