Sorry, I'm not familiar with those two finishes, but you might also want to look at the Herbeau bronze and brass and wood faucet....really pretty.

I have one faucet directly from Newport Brass. All of our bathrooms have Restoration Hardware Bistro which are also made by them. They are very nice and heavy faucets.

I have two shiny copper faucets - in the coffee station (black hutch between kitchen and laundry room) and one in the laundry room. You can see the first in the link below, and the laundry room in Alabama Stone Cottage House Tour.

They are by Newform. An Italian company. I ordered from a seller on ebay (6 years ago). Also heavy and well made.

btw, they are coated so they don't turn/age. The kitchen faucet is ORB Rohl "living finish" that does turn with use.

I've let my copper countertops age and patina for a few years, so it's a different color contrast than yours will be (although my counter is probably similar to your sink). We got a Moen shiny copper main faucet and a Kohler vibrant brazen bronze prep faucet.

I have to say that the bronze looks much better with the copper, since the contrast plays down any differences in faucet metal "finish" vs real metal counter.

I love the looks of the Whitehaus faucetry (and am very happy with their fireclay sink), and Newport Brass is a solid brand. Either way, you may just have to bite the bullet and purchase one in order to see exactly how the finish plays with your copper? But I warmly recommend a deeper bronze color rather than the various "aged/antique copper" finishes that won't be realistic with the counter.
