That's exactly what I have. Just to the right of my dishwasher is the silverware drawer, then plates and bowls in next two. i love it. My 5 yr old can even empty the dishwasher and all the kids can independently set the table.

Here are mine. I usually need to grab 9 or 10 plates at a time and it's nice to pull them out of a drawer instead of down from an upper. Good for the kids helping, too.:

I do the same. No dividers, they just sit on a squishy liner, they don't move at all.

I love having my dishes in my drawers, they too are under my silverware drawer. I asked my cabinet guy to reinforce that drawer just in case. He said it wasn't necessary but it made me feel better because I have a lot of weight in it. It's so much easier taking them out of a drawer than reaching up to a cabinet. The only thing you have to be careful of is accidentally knocking the dishes on your granite (or whatever you have) in case you are not paying attention (lol).

Yes! We love our dish drawers. I am not tall, so it is so much more comfortable for me to get dishes from the drawer than it was getting them from upper cabinets. We don't have dividers either, but the dishes don't move around at all. I'm sure you'll love it!

Yep, I have no pegs either - just cushy cupboards liner. They don't move.

I have my silverware in one top drawer, and plates in another top drawer with bowls below it.
