Liebherr refrigerator

We live in California, but have a home in Nicaragua. We built the home which is about a years old. Our Leibherr refrigerator was chosen because I couldn't find another counter depth in Nicaragua. Now our freezer is out and no one will get back to me about fixing it. I have emailed the US, Nicaragua and Italy. Watch out for their customer service! Also, while I love the look of the refrigerator, the ice maker and several plastic parts are already broken.

sales@euro-parts.ca Try this email and see if they can locate some help for you. They are in Canada but can direct you to how to deal with this i think. They have resource and technical knowledge both. Do you have your receipts and who installed it?
