We just jury-rigged ours out of a piece of extra cherry. First the sink was installed, then we made a piece of bullnose rail with mitered returns on both ends and screwed that baby on from the sides to cover where we'd shimmed the sink. Hope these pics help a bit:

Thanks sabji -- it was really just a last-minute addition when I saw a photo of one on this forum somewhere (!). But it's been a nice finishing touch. Mine was helped by the flat bottom of my Whitehaus fireclay sink; Rohl/Shaw sinks might be slightly more complicated because they're more rounded I believe.

@circus peanut did you use epoxy or anything between the bottom of the sink and the drip rail? Or just screwed it in?
