I have Dynasty natural maple and am very happy with them!

I have Omega Dynasty stained cherry and am very happy with both the finish and the construction - very solid! Hardware operates very smoothly, etc.

Dynasty drawers come with soft-close as standard (at least mine did) - Blumotion.

Here are the construction details of my Dynasty cabinets:

RE: Shiloh or Dynasty - Who has a better finish ?

At this level you would be slitting hairs to make your selection based upon which company has the better finish or construction. Assuming your are not doing the install yourself, focus more on the dealer and designer providing the cabinetry. Choose the one you feel will give you the best customer service throughout the job and beyond. Make sure they are licensed, insured and check the level of experience. Either of these brands will serve you well.
