They sent a Bosch microwave that had an appearance problem (paint on the door peeled away when I took off the tape holding the door closed). With a minor amount of persistence on my part, they agreed to take it back at no cost to me (no restocking fee or delivery charge) and are sending me a whole different brand/model instead, as I decided I preferred, since I'm now spooked by Bosch's white finish.

I'm very satisfied with the customer service.
