Hello all!

We're having a new home built and just wondered what everyone thinks of these selections for our new kitchen. Desert elm wood flooring with maple spice cabinets and new caledonia granite counters. We've pretty much made the final decisions on the elm floors and the new caledonia...however we need some help in deciding the maple color...should we go with coffee glaze, honey color, maple spice, or mocha glaze (we dont want them too dark)..?...the cabinet manufacturer is timberlake (timberlake.com). We've decided on the Tahoe style cabinets. Stainless steel appliances with brushed nickel hardware too. The kitchen should have a lot of natural light since there's two big kitchen windows facing the east.

Also, what type of backsplash and what color do you think would tie the kitchen together nicely?
