We are starting our smaller kitchen remodel next week! All of a sudden I'm stressing the details, like pendant lights.

When I first started this project I was just doing counters and this forum helped a lot and I got more quotes for quartz and decided against cambria tourquy and ordered silestone lagoon. The best price I found here was Home Depot but even then I couldn't commit to great counters on cabinets I didn't like and a layout that could be improved... So new cabinets and new layout. Since we doing that figured might as well take the ugly flouresent light out and add recessed lights.

Originally I was going with can lights and a pendant over the sink, but then changed my mind to two over the penisula, now I just don't know.

It is a small peninsula 56x36 inches, with 8 foot ceilings.

Sorry this got so long, any opinions?
