Kitchen layout please

I need help...
I am trying to get my kitchen designed. I want a nook area, which is why we are going to bump out a bay window and built in seating. We have 4 kids. We are going to move the pantry/half bath area back a foot. Tell me your HONEST thoughts. If you think the flow does't work well let me know. Could I put kitchen up front or move kitchen to the middle and not have a formal dining room??
