screening inside a wall cutout - ideas wanted

I'm thinking of having a large wall cutout made between my kitchen and dining room. I'd love to put some sort of open-work screening in the cutout. I've seen pics of what looks like lacy metal screen inside cutouts, but have no idea where to purchase! Or maybe shutters of some type. If anyone has ideas/pics, I'd love to hear/see them!

Why do an opening and then obscure it? Just keep what's there, including the cabinets that provide storage.
