I have no experience with them....can you get a sample door and try any chemical or abrasion tests on it?

That's a good suggestion about the door. I got specifics about the finish. The finish is a pigmented sprayed on conversion varnish - a beckeracroma finish, comes out of canada.

Becker makes a solid product, you could ask them if they air dry or heat cure the finish at Blue Mountain?

And at what mil wet and dry is the finish film that they try to achieve

Yes, heat cured and the proper thickness of finish is what I have found to be the key thing to look for....doesn't mean that I am right, but it is what works for me!

Some of the larger factories "bake" the finish to force dry it so that they can ship quicker...not always the best for the end user, especially if the finish is applied too thick
