I've always loved colorful ranges, and am a big fan of blue star, though not of their price. I just found out that Big Chill, whose vintage style stoves I also love but can't afford, has a new pro-style range made by the same parent company as blue star. But its around $2200 as opposed to 6k. Since it is new to Big Chill's line, I'm having a hard time finding reviews of the product. Would it be a better choice to go with a product that has more time behind it and gets excellent reviews (like the GE cafe) but is stainless (which is not the look I really love), or to go with the newer product that has limited info. since it is affiliated with a good company, made by a good parent company, and is the look I would really prefer?
