Can you use an interior, re circulating vent/hood with Lacanche

I am looking into the Lacanche Cluny and Cluny1400. I live in an apt. and will need to use an interior, recirculating vent/hood. Does anyone else have a Lacanche in an apt. and use an interior, recirculating vent/hood?
If so, what kind do you use? We have 2 windows in our kitchen that open easily. We currently have all gas - cooktop and 2 gas ovens. The Cluny I am looking at will be all gas.

Please let me know.

You should post this on Appliances. Lots of Lacanche owners hang out there.

No. You don't need to be doing that. You need ventilation.
