OTR microwave

We are remodeling our kitchen. We plan on getting an OTR microwave. We do have a cabinet above to mount it, however, that cabinet and the microwave are the edge of the cabinet line (there is no cabinet to the left of the microwave). I didn't really want to see the side of the microwave. Is there a way to cover the side or somehow hide it? Most pictures I see of OTR microwaves, have cabinets above and on BOTH sides. Just wondered if there is an aesthetic way to hide that open side.

Not a great picture, but this is where OTR MW will go eventually...

We ordered a refrigerator panel to be cut down. It will be installed by the end of the week. That will cover our microwave perfectly. I will take a picture then, if you can wait. We didn't get a straight panel... we got one that has a 1 1/2 thickness. But a straight one would do. Similar to this picture.
