My countertops are being fabricated now. I am doing the 1- 1/2" eased edge. I really like the clean look of the eased edge. Just hope I don't run into the island corners too much!

In fact, the edges were almost sharp when they brought the counter. I had them 'ease' the edges some more after the installation.

ETA: Sorry, I misread the title. My countertop is soapstone, not quartz.

My kitchen wasn't supposed to be that modern (long story) but here's my eased edge -- it is 2 cm material with a miter. Seems are invisible. The projection is about 1" from the edge of the counter and the total height is 1 1/2".

Thank you all! My kitchen is small U shape with a small island + a toddler in the house so I was just wondering which one to pick.
I like the clean line of the square but the fabricator said we can do the radius also.
