The Bianco Romano is gorgeous. I love the simple movement of it. (Yea - ok the Blue Pearl is a little much for me but I can see one would think it is stunning.)

Oh, gosh, thank you all. When I first saw the Bianco Romano, I have to be honest and say I was a tad disappointed. I had driven 2 hours away to pick out the slab, and I really don't think they used the one I picked out. But you're making me feel much better.

Yes Staciann, the Blue Pearl is on the island. It's a 4X7 island, and it has 1 foot of butcher block on the end closest to the sink. Yes, lots of counters. In addition to the island, there are 125 sq ft of Bianco Romano in the kitchen. Since I'm not really a very good cook, it seems a little silly, but there's another decision-maker in our house (DH).

Both look wonderful, but the Blue Pearl is stunning! Looking forward to seeing more pictures.

Love the Blue Pearl! That is what we are going with on Maple Chocolate finish cabinets and its nice to see pics of Blue Pearl with a darker finish. I usually see it on white cabinets, so I have been struggling to visualize our finished kitchen. Thanks for sharing.
