Stone Fabrication Question

I'm meeting with our stone fabricator this weekend to discuss the details of our job and give them a deposit.
I have a question about the edge finishing. We are going with an eased edge. Does the edge that runs along the range (there's a 1/8" gap between the range and cabinet) get an eased edge? I figured that the edges that run along the walls don't get the eased edge, but I'd like to know what you've done.
I'd rather hear from y'all than rely on the fabricator to tell me what most people do.

It gets a polished edge. Slightly touched with the sander /polisher so it's not sharp. Probably not quite eased edge.

Thanks, Kent. Do the edges abutting the backsplash get that same polished edge?
