Where did you get your range? Were you able to see it before your bought it.

Please tell me why you like it and if there is anything you wish they had done different on this stove.

I was using a 30 year-old electric coil with only two burners working for years so the new stove is quite an upgrade.

The Samsung stove is quiet when the fan runs, stove top is easy to keep clean using just soap and water, and a great looking stove. I bought mine at Best Buy as a close out floor model.; I was leery about buying a floor model but it was fine. I did buy the extended warrantee because it is induction and very few independent repairmen work on them in this area. I read a ton of reviews before buying; none of the negatives have applied in my case. I use my iron skillets with paper towel underneath...awesome!

My one issue is the oven raking. In my old stove I could pull out the racks part of the way...they were fine and did not tilt; this is not true with my Samsung...the first time I took a casserole out, I had quite a surprise. It is a minor thing; I am learning to pullout the racks most of the way now. It would be nice if the racks were made of the inside-oven material but not a deal breaker for me.

I love the steam feature but had to learn to use it when the mess was first made...it will not readily loosen spillovers that have been baked multiple times. I plan to avoid the self-clean mode if I can...so far so good. The very high heat of self clean cycles make some users suspect electronics issues. Several steam cycles for my first baked and re-baked spillover, fingernails, and elbow grease have kept the oven looking fine.

The convection feature has been more of a learning curve for me...never bake a blueberry pie (notorious for spillovers) on convection bake even if a cookie sheet is placed underneath! The fan blew the dripping juice everywhere...what a baked on mess!
