Help me pick a grout colour

Which grout colour do you like better? The first one is white, the second one is grey. I have white cabinets and a big wall of mosaic. I don't want the wall look too busy.

Gray. The white makes the pieces look like they're floating....an odd appearance.

like the gray too-- what kind of counters, floors and cabinets?

definitely the gray, i think. though it would be great to see the counter too and maybe a sample cabinet.

I am not saying, because I am really bad at this...but I will say that I am amazed at the difference grout can make in the appearance of a backsplash.

Need to choose a grout color tomorrow morn. Not able to post pic. Backsplash tiles are light taupy greige & are 3x8 subway. White cabs. with glaze. What are the rules for choosing grout? Go closest to color or contrast? I chose a slightly darker but now I think I would prefer a light to match cabinets.Help!! Not able to make decisions!!!!
