I've used them before and think they're awesome! Definitely a really nice housewarming gift.

Because the graniteware is made of porcelain-enamel coated steel, the bowls are heavier and more substantial than other enamel cookware items I've encountered. The biggest bowl almost weighs the same as a vintage Pyrex dish, if that helps.

The copper bowl page looks like it has a video on it. Have you seen it?

Thanks, annrenwil, that's very helpful. Yes, I saw the video on their copper bowls and I'd love to have those myself, but they're a tad spendy. If I win the lottery, for sure.

I wish you could buy individual copper bowls. It wouldn't be such an ouch to get them one at a time.
